Terms and conditions

These terms govern every order placed with EMOH, whether through the website, by email or directly with the studio. Placing an order implies full acceptance of the conditions described below.

• Orders are confirmed only after written acknowledgement from the studio
• Each piece is signed, numbered and produced in small series
• Lead times are indicative and communicated at order confirmation
• Custom and bespoke commissions follow a dedicated agreement

Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes for the European Union, unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed through secure providers at the time of order. For commissions, a deposit schedule is agreed in writing before production begins.

Each piece is carefully prepared, crated and dispatched from the atelier. Shipping is arranged with specialist carriers experienced in the handling of architectural furniture.

• Delivery times are confirmed once the piece is ready to ship
• Risk transfers to the client upon delivery
• White-glove installation is available on request

Standard pieces may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, subject to inspection in their original condition and packaging. Custom, bespoke and made-to-order works are non-refundable, in line with applicable consumer regulations.

Each piece carries a ten-year structural warranty. Natural patina, oxidation marks and the slow evolution of the material over time are part of the character of solid steel and are not considered defects.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
